Hello, yes, I just got a transplant, and need to loose 35 pounds. I am 169 – 174 and only 5’2. I had menopause hit two years ago, am 52, and a graduate student. I would appreciate learning how to make this wrapm however, the lettace, tomato and mayo are pretty light for me and will need more but less carbohydrates.

That looks fantastic; I love pizza but I want to keep carbs to a minimum, at least from grains – I get enough in the rest of the food I eat ya know? I’ve been dying for some sauce, cheesy goodness without having to resort to scraping the toppings off delivery pizza. This will totally do the trick! 🙂
I thought I was the only one who peeled the toppings off. 🙂 Now maybe my wife will stop thinking I’m strange. No, wait … she’s started doing that too.
